I took the morning after pill once.
I was definitely nervous because I am scared of vomiting, and I had read it can make you nauseous. I took it as I took the pill (on a full stomach) and it went fine. No nausea. The only major thing I noted was that it screwed up my menstrual cycle for a month or two after.
