In early 2016 I had been with my current partner for a few months, and I had kept saying I would sort out some regular contraception to be on when I was ready.
I had waited but one evening just got caught in the moment. It wasn’t until afterwards I felt trapped.
I spoke to the counsellor at college who directed me to the nearest pharmacy for the morning after pill. I hated all the questions I was asked. I was in a loving relationship and was being asked all these things that I was not part of. It upset me quite a bit. Once I was given and had taken the pill however I felt a lot better. But the questions still stick with me to this day.
