After being with my boyfriend (now husband) for several months we ‘did the deed’ and the condom split. I was 18, in university and we didn’t live together.
We weren’t ready for a child but we wanted to be intimate. We took all the right precautions but because I was scared I would still end up pregnant, I got the morning after pill.
I am now married to that man, I have my degree and we live in a stable and happy home. And if we want children now, it is our choice, and it is my choice whether I want the morning after pill.
