I’ve taken it a few times over the 11 years I’ve been sexually active
The last time I had ran out of my normal contraceptive pill (with my fiancé now for 6 years by the way) without realising and had sex the evening before and the same morning, and went to my pharmacy to get the morning after pill and the pharmacists were SO hush hush about it as if I was making some sort of embarrassing taboo request for it.
I got asked a million questions and they were all so anxious and worried for me. I was just like “seriously it’s all good I just don’t want a baby, hun”. Morning after pill is someone being responsible to prevent a pregnancy if the first method wasn’t quite successful, not irresponsible, as I’ve found I was treated.
