After the condom broke, my boyfriend and I went to a nearby open-late pharmacy. The pharmacist said they were out of the pill. We took the subway to another pharmacy where a much friendlier pharmacist explained how the pill worked and what side effects I might experience. She sold us the pill. Taking it felt like nothing.
