I  lost my virginity two days ago, it actually went well and I felt good about it after. We used a condom but we swapped to another one because it wasn’t going on well.

The day after I came home from a trip and as I’m a person who overthinks a lot I got anxious about the idea of being somehow pregnant at 16…

It was raining outside, all my friends were busy so I ended up walking 5km in the rain to my local pharmacy and I asked for the emergency contraceptive pill.

She gave me a sheet of paper to fill out and insinuated that I might just have thrush? Mentally I was panicking as I thought she wouldn’t give me the pill but I ended up getting it.

I wonder what she was thinking as my voice was so shaky,

I felt so alone and it was confronting having to walk there in the rain by myself but also kind of empowering for me.

I then went and bought a bottle of water and had the pill.

I hope I don’t get side effects.

But I’m proud of myself!
